Raw MaterialsWe require a third-party inspection for the raw materials that arrive in our factory. Our QC team will inspect them, and the qualified materials will be used for production.
ProductionAll the production stages of beauty machine production are supervised by our QC team. We keep a record of those machines that passed inspection and stored in our warehouse for packaging.
Outgoing InspectionFinished beauty machines are checked for appearance, electrical, and packaging testing. They will be released for shipment if they pass the tests.

UNTLaser factory and machines are certified by US FDA, MDR ,CE, MDL, TGA, and ROHS. We also have ISO 13485 certification.
Our quality production process includes assembly, wiring, pretesting, and final inspection. These make sure that all machines are qualified before shipment.
Defective Product Management
Defective products are labeled and store them in our defective product warehouse. Our team will analyze their defect, reinspect, and rework them. Some machines are also sent to the warehouse for scrapping.
Our QC, production, and technical team works together to make sure we deliver machines without any defects.
After Sales Services
All delivered machines are provided with serial number. It records certification, testing personnel, and production batch information. If you encounter problems with the machine, just send us the serial number, we will find the cause, and provide solution within 24 hours.
