FAQ
The most common issues with the machine are that it doesn’t emit light when turned on or that the energy output seems weaker than before. Most of the time, this is caused by a lack of water in the water-cooling unit or by using non-distilled water, which triggers the safety lock. Mismatched voltage or a loose controller cable connection can also cause the device not to respond. It’s normal for the controller to heat up after several hours of continuous use, but the light will shut off if the overheating protection is triggered. Another common issue is a loose foot switch, something many people overlook. If these problems occur, check the water level, voltage, and connections first; this usually resolves the issue.
