The most obvious difference is the total laser power. The 3000W version uses 15 individual 200W laser bars, for a total output of 3000W. The 2000W machine typically has lower power per bar or fewer bars. Higher power means greater energy per pulse and faster treatment speeds, making it particularly effective for large areas such as the legs and back, as it reduces procedure time. The 3000W version also supports a maximum frequency of 20 Hz and a narrow pulse width of 5 ms. When used with SPT (Super Pulse Technology), it provides better control of thermal damage and delivers more noticeable skin rejuvenation and tightening effects. Basically, the 3000W model offers higher treatment efficiency and greater treatment versatility than the 2000W model, but its price and maintenance costs are also higher.

The standard interval between treatments is every 4 to 6 weeks. Since the hair growth cycle consists of the anagen (growth), catagen (transition), and telogen (resting) phases, laser treatment can only effectively destroy hair follicles when they are in the anagen phase and contain sufficient melanin. At any given time, only 20%–30% of the body’s hair is in the anagen phase, so multiple treatments are needed to target all hair follicles. For fine, soft hair, such as around the lips and at the hairline, the interval can be shortened to once every 2 weeks. For coarse, dark hair, such as on the underarms, bikini line, and legs, the interval is generally 4–6 weeks. The specific interval depends on the client’s skin response and hair regrowth rate; there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

The device is built for extended continuous operation. The C³ cooling system can run stably around the clock without requiring frequent shutdowns for cooling. The manufacturer, though, recommends limiting continuous operation to no more than 2 hours at a time, with a 10–15-minute cooling break in between, to extend the lifespan of the compressor and water pump. The exact number of clients per day depends on the treatment. In HR hair removal mode, a full-face treatment takes less than 10 minutes, while legs take 15–25 minutes; the SHR skin rejuvenation mode takes 10–15 minutes for the entire face; and the SHR Stack mode takes 15–20 minutes per area. Assuming two areas are treated per client, treating 8–10 clients per day is entirely feasible.

After receiving the machine, let it sit indoors for 24 hours to prevent condensation from shipping from causing a short circuit. Then add water; use only distilled or purified water, and ensure the water level reaches at least 90% of the tank’s capacity. Before adding water, make sure to install the handle and open the vent hole; otherwise, water will not enter the water circuit. Next, run a water circulation test for at least 1 minute to confirm there are no leaks and no low-water alerts. When installing the handpiece, align it with the red mark, insert the aviation connector, and lock it securely. After powering on, the system will automatically run a self-test; the default login password is 88888888. During operation, first select the male or female mode and body area, then adjust the wavelength and other settings. Both the operator and the client must wear dedicated laser safety goggles. Press the foot switch to activate the laser; release it to stop. Detailed steps are provided in the manual. For first-time use, we recommend remote guidance from the manufacturer or scheduled training.

The most common issue is a low-water alert. Simply add water until it reaches the “H” (High) mark, but be sure to use only distilled or deionized water. Next is an overheating alert, which is usually caused by a blockage in the water circulation system or cooling water that hasn’t been changed for too long. This requires shutting down the machine to inspect the water lines, change the water, and clean the filter pad. Another issue is no laser output when the foot pedal is pressed. First, check that the foot pedal cable is securely plugged in, then review the parameter settings and check the fuse. A black screen is usually caused by a problem with the power cord or the key switch.
