UNTLaser’s 7D HIFU machine uses MMFU (Macro & Micro-Focused Ultrasound) technology. During actual treatments, you can select the appropriate system to perform precise treatments on the face or body. Treatment probes are manufactured using Classys’ patented technology, which enables them to be thinner and lighter, to reduce the operational difficulty and the burden of weight. Features of UNTLaser ’s HIFU Machine
Ultrasonic energy can be focused at specific depths within the skin (e.g., 3.0/4.5 mm), avoiding damage to surface or surrounding tissues.
The smart screen clearly displays the device’s operating status, including the number of probes, wavelength, etc. This ensures a safer and more controllable procedure.
HIFU treatment reaches the SMAS layer without the need for incisions, which will have less harm to your client’s body.
As the device has a modular design, it is convenient for you to install and remove accessories like cartridges.
Four Facial Treatment Probes
UNTLaser provides four probes for the HIFU machine for face. They includes:
1.5mm depths: it can target the epidermis superficial fine line, skin tone, skin texture and fine pores.
2.0mm cartridge: this 5.5 Mhz 2mm probe is specially designed for eyes. It can also be used to erase the wrinkles of forehead, neck and crow’s feet.
3.0mm cartridge: it is aimed at the dermis to stimulate continuous regeneration of collagen.
4.5mm cartridge: this probe will act on the SMAS fascia layer to tighten the muscle bottom and achieve firmness.
Smart Slim Cartridge
The ultra-thin probe of our 7D HIFU machine uses Classys’ patented technology. It has a lighter weight and a more compact size. During use, these features can shorten the procedure time and achieve a higher HIFU output speed. With fewer consumables, it will help you get rid of the problems like frequent replacements.
Additionally, when used on the face, the lighter and slimmer cartridge will conform precisely to the contours of the face or narrow areas, to ensure a more precise lifting effect.
Adaption of MMFU Technology
UNTLaser 7D HIFU machine combines HIFU and MMFU technologies. During actual treatment, you can select the appropriate system based on the treatment area. For example, the macro system can be used for large-area fat reduction on the body, shortening treatment time through extensive coverage, while the micro system focuses on the face through smaller, more precise points to achieve lifting and firming in small areas.

How Does the HIFU Machine Work?
The working principle of the HIFU machine is the thermal effect of ultrasound beams. They can penetrate deeply into the skin SMAS layer and convert the mechanical vibrations in the tissues into thermal energy. These thermal coagulation points can heat skin tissue at a specific depth to 65–75 ℃, which is a temperature that can cause collagen fibers to denature and stimulate their contraction or the production of new collagen.
In clinical use, the HIFU machines not only function as anti-aging devices to tighten the skin, but the heat generated by the device can also destroy subcutaneous fat cells and promote metabolism and blood circulation, achieving body contouring effect.
How To Use a HIFU Machine Properly?
Firstly, operators should choose the proper system for different treatment areas, such as choosing the Micro-Focused Ultrasound for the face and choosing the Macro-Focused Ultrasound for body treatment.
Then, they should apply ultrasound gel onto the treatment area and press the treatment switch to activate HIFU output. During the process, the cartridges must be moved slowly to massage the area.
It is also important to notice that the probes shouldn’t linger too long in any single area or directly targeting bony or nerve structures. Additionally, when treating multiple skin layers on a client, it is best to proceed in order from deep to shallow layers, such as from 4.5 mm to 1.5 mm.
How Many Treatment Sessions Are Required For HIFU?
UNTLaser recommends approximately three sessions for HIFU treatment, with at least a three-month interval between each session to leave enough time for skin to recover.
As a treatment that gradually stimulates collagen production, HIFU typically produces noticeable contouring and lifting effects after 2–3 months, and the results will become even more pronounced after 3–4 months.

What Is the Best Age for HIFU Treatment?
HIFU VS RF，What Are The Differences?
Actually, they use completely different technologies to heat deep skin tissues. For example, RF uses radio frequency to generate electromagnetic energy and heat the epidermis and dermis. It has a shallower penetration depth.
While HIFU uses focused ultrasound to target deeper skin layers, even reaching the SMAS fascia.
In terms of results, RF can be used to smooth out fine lines on the skin’s surface, minimize pores, and tighten delicate skin areas such as around the eyes. HIFU can provide structural lifting effects and is suitable for cases where sagging is more apparent, such as redefining the jawline or addressing under-eye bags.
How To Select Parameters And The Number Of Shots During Treatment?
Since fat layers are thicker on the body, you can choose 6/9/13 mm treatment heads for treatment. However, the soft tissue on the face is generally thinner, the total depth of the cartridge you select should not exceed 6 mm.
